Back on Track, 80.2# of Weight Loss So Far
I took 3 weeks off from the Weight Watchers regimine as I made a trip to the "LX & Beyond Nationals" drag meet in Ohio, (I won the 5.7 N/A "heads up" class) as well as 10 days of camping on a small pond in the Adirondacs.
I did keep up W/the biking, riding several, sometimes challenging, trails in the mountains even meeting up W/a (wild) Black bear on a bend in one of the trails. Fortunaately, the bear was more startled than I was & it made a hastey retreat when we met.
Anyway, for the last 2 "weigh-ins" I lost 1.6 & 1.4 ponds respectively. Total weight loss since the 1st of the year of 80.2#.
Also, I passed the 3,000 mile mark this week. (since getting the bike on March 18th of this year)
I have just about decided to make my wieght goal @ 200# if I can reach a 34" waist @ that weight, 190# otherwise.

Thanks. I won the 12.99/11.49 "bracket" last year. This year was the very 1st "heads up" N/A race in the LX (Charger, Magnum 300C) catagory. It did,'t pay out as well as the bracket win, but it was much more satisfying.
In the 12.99/11.5 bracket class this year, I red-lighted by .004 seconds on the second elimination. I must have crept up on the beam a bit.
