Nashbar Tour Frame build-up Photos. Bike Completed 8/23

I finished up the bike build yesterday. I left the steering tube full length, until I get comfortable with the correct height. Until then, I've installed spacers. It's time to ride.......

Thanks, it's a comfortable ride, a little smoother than my Miyata 1000, probably due to the wider rubber (Bontrager 32's that measure out at almost 34mm.), and longer toptube. The brakes are Shimano BR550 canti's and the brass bell is from Rivendell.

Hi 2Fer,
I noticed your bike stand sitting there in the photo. Did you order it off the internet? I've been trying to find one locally with no success.

It looks blue in the last picture but green in the outside shots. No matter its a beatiful bike, you should be very proud.

Pickleballer, I got the bikestand from the R.E.I. store in Portland in April. They might have them online as well. I think they have changed the design slightly, because I bought it instore for a closeout price of around $12.

shorthand, crimsonking & stringbreaker, thanks for the compliments. I'm really happy with how it turned out. Yeah, there was bad lighting inside the garage. The outdoor photos are more true to color, which is a dark green, with metalflake.
