Which bike path to take - Via Claudia Augusta or Innradweg?

Friends and I are planning a 10 to 12-day bike ride for next summer. We are in our 40s and 50s and all in pretty good shape. I've gotten some brochures from the Austrian government tourist office - all in German - and from what I can make out the Via Claudia Augusta, from Bavaria to Trento, or the Innradweg, St. Moritz to Passau, or even the Donauradweg from Passau to Bratislava, seem the top ones. I see from the Austrian tourist office that there are a number of private agencies that will help you plan the trip. Any recommendations? We're looking for scenery, a bicycle path that does not have to deal with much car traffic, covering 50-70KM per day with nice stops. We are not campers and will be staying in inns. Thanks in advance for any advice you can give.
