Is only the track nut stripped or is the axle stripped too? In either case you will need to buy a new track nut and possibly an axle, making sure to buy the correct length, diameter, and thread pitch. Then, transfer all the hardware from the stripped axle to the new axle.

Cheers

Stripped or rounded?

If it's rounded, use a vice grip to remove the old nut. Then buy yourself a brand new 15mm box end wrench and replace the nuts on both sides.
