Lotus 3000R

A resident flipper here has a lotus 3000R on the local cl. It started out at 150-went to 200; and is now $300! 55cm Cromo frame. Is this such a great model? (Don't know how to paste the ad in here)
BTW-the heat broke yesterday/FINALLY wonderful weather for rideing.

Sounds like he's "tuning" his price based on how many calls/emails he gets. He'll eventually tune himself out of selling it all together... Sorry, I don't know much about that model.

With Suntour Blaze? I sold one a year or so ago, not a bad bike, but not a Japanese Lotus, either. Tange triple butted CrMo tubing, I don't recall if it was seamless or not.

I would think that this year , with the bad economy and all, it may still be worth close to his asking price if it has good paint and has had the bearings overhauled and has new tires, cables, casings, etc., depending on your bike market. If it fits you, you could do worse at that price point.
