Kilo stock stem clamp

What is the stock stem clamp size on the Mercier Kilo TT? I don't see it listed on BD, but I might just be blind. Listed under the handlebar, I see "standard"... so does that mean 26mm?

The website says its 26, but it's actually 25.4.

Well that sucks. Is the steerer diameter correct (1")? I figured it would be easier just to buy a new 26mm stem than to find 25.4mm bars.

It looks like there aren't many 25.4mm bullhorns around. I found the Soma and then some off name brands.

You can just get a new stem/shim(since almost all threadless stems are 1 1/8 these days) and have much more bars to choose from.
