starting scratch fixie frame!!!
i have a kilo tt but want to get into barspins. what are your recomendations for frames that with "normal" forks/default can barspin with 700cx28 or so? thanks! also if the price could be 300$ or less cause im a highschooler!!! mucho appriciated.

From my time hanging out at areacycles (more tarck oriented); I've realized that with any wierd named (WTF kind a name is foo manchu for a fork anyway?) tarck fork installed on any kilo tt size will have some serious foot overlap even with 165mm cranks) even through it'll let you barspin a 700C... I was there to witness some n00b wreck his new front H+ Son rim less then 15min after picking up his newly tarck fitted kilo at the skate park behind in a barspin that went bad when his crank got in the way mid-way.
