Greetings from The Democratic People's Republic of San Francisco.
I'm a triathlete hoping to learn more about event #2. I've finished an IM, but my time was ummm.... kind of slow. Part of the reason is that I'm still fairly knucklehead-like from the weightlifting I've done for so long. The other part is, I'm not a very experienced cyclist, but I'm working on it, and that's why I'm here. Who knows, I may even be able to contribute something.
Cheers,
hashde

How do you hold onto your bike as you move into the transition area after you dismount?

Watch for the riders that move the bike by the saddle, and watch what they do.
