200$ What Wheelset Do I Buy?

Being given a Motobecane Phantom Cross, only catch is no wheels. I'm planning on using it on the street and to go very fast. I've only ridden MTB's so I have no idea about road wheels/tires.

I'm 6'4 240lb's, so i need a good wheel.

You can even do it specific to the specific subforum (SSFG in this case) AND you can search titles only, by poster, and tons of other cool things!

This specific topic has probably been covered hundreds of times, half a dozen or so in the past week.
