Adding inline brake levers

A real newbie question - I have a Charge Plug 'Bull Horn' style handlebar 2010. ( Just Single speed at the moment... ) I want to add some Tektro RL720 series brake levers to top of the bar ends.
(As pictured) Can anyone explain to a layperson/newbie how this is done. Been told it's very easy. But cannot find a tutorial online.

Many thanks in advance,
Psychkle.

Well, the picture you have there does not show inline/'cyclocross' levers. It shows bar-end, or ''time trial' style levers. The Tektro TL720, not the BL720 are this time trial style.

Time-trial:

Inline:

You may be able to fit inline levers on the ends like that if your bars do not taper significantly, but if you haven't already purchased them, get the time trial levers instead.

Zacked - think yourself thanked.

Cheers for the heads up. You are right, it looks perfect.
Lastly, do you know how to add it, or seen a tutorial... ?

Inlines on the ends like TT levers?

edit: To the original poster, installation is going to depend on what parts your have (calipers, calbes/housing,levers, bar tape) and cannot be simply explained without the given info. Also, whether or not you use internal or external cable routing makes a difference as well.

Yes, inlines extended on, from the Charge's own two hood brakes.
Thinking of these, ( https://www.evanscycles.com/products/...brake%20levers )

as I can't find Tektro BL720 in the UK.

Do you need to rewire the whole thing, or can you add brake cable from the original brake levers ?

The other guy said you can use inlines like TT levers in the same position, and Ive never heard of that.

A new cable/housing will probably be needed.
