Hi just looking to find out more about my Nishiki custom sport.

Hey guys. I just bought a custom sport and I wanted to know a little more about it. I know it's a low end road bike and a bit heavy. The SN is KF 00212 if that says anything.

Do a search in this forum for "Nishiki Serial Number Database". It will tell you how to decode your serial number.

Here's a pic of my 1983 Sport manufactured by Giant:

I've replaced the wheels, handlebars, stem, seat, brakes and most recently the double crankset with a triple. This also required me to replace the rear derailleur. Although somewhat entry level, I really enjoy the way this bike rides.
