Would this be a good winter bike?
I can get a Minelli Mt.Victoria Chromoly with Simano STX gears for about 125$ Cad (100$ US).
Unfortunatly I can't find a picture of it on the net, so I was thinking some of you might know it

it would be mostly for commuting. montreal winters can be harsh though, and the streets can sometimes have a good amount of snow. we don't have the quickest snow plows either.
