What the heck is going on in Arkansas?

I know a couple of our more adventurous forum members hail from the Razorback state.

What is exactly is going on there?

- Birds falling from the sky
- Fish dying in the rivers.
- And now this....

I'd say it's time to call Mulder and Scully. This is definitely an X-File.

Some of us hill billies were out riding and did not realize that the Miss America Pageant was on the air. We had a couple of days of sun, nice temperatures, and little wind. Make hay while the sun shines!

I watched the video, and the young lady does appear to be both attractive and talented. If the winner's A & B samples turn out to be hot, then Miss Arkansas will be the winner!

Some people just don't have a proper appreciation for Fine Art.

Maybe that's the explanation for the fish dying and the birds falling out of the sky.

If I knew there were women like this in Arkansas, I never would have moved back to Wisconsin. ;-)

Bikes: Specialized Tarmac Expert, 2002 TREK 520, Schwinn Mesa WINTER BIKE, Huffy Rock Creek 29er, 1970s-era Ross ten speed. All my bikes are highly modified(except the Tarmac) yet functional, and generally look beat to ****. .

I'm genunely impressed by her talent but it reminds me of a bike I once thought about building for myself.

I considered building a "chopper". Extended fork, 16 or 20 inch front wheel, no front brake, internal gear hub, with the shifting and brake actuated by twist shifters and hidden cables. I thought it would be neat but, once I had it built, whatever could I do with it?

Wow! She really is pretty darn good! (BTW...we are all walking a little taller in Nebraska today, with Miss Nebraska finally a winner after all these years.) AFAIK all our birds and fish are in good health too!
