I was looking straight ahead when she passed and only caught the jersey out the corner of my eye. Had to verify that it was "THE" jersey in the video clip at home. Saw the still shot then figured it might be her

Yes, Jen, that is me with two of my fav compadre riders, Marcia and Cindy. Cindy and I are planning to do our first century at the Tour de Palm Springs in a couple of weeks and have been practicing on SART and SGRT every weekend. We did 63 miles on that beautiful Saturday and had a blast. Sorry I missed spotting you, Mr. Beanz.

I was fascinated by the amount of super cool super purty bikes! I was actually tempted a few times to hop on one then turn my 100 miler into a 15 miler.

Hi Robert,

Are all of your group going to be wearing their 50+ jerseys? Maybe I'll wear mine on Palm Springs this year! I rode it on my fixed gear bike last year and the descents really used me up. Probably bring all my gears this time.

I miss riding with both of you.

I was planning to train for the century until my shoulder injury worsened to the point that I was having pain after only 10 miles. I've been off the bike for more than a month to avoid exacerbating it any further, so I'm considering going just to see my friends (not to ride) and cheer for you, Cindy, Janet and the others as you complete your first century!

I thought about it but since I've done it 3 or 4 times in the past, the plan was to do it with Gina. But holidays seemed have to have gotten in the way with her riding, along with mine.

I'm planning to wear mine, but I think that I'm the only one who has one other than Jen. So Jen, if you come to cheer - wear your 50+ jersey!

Merci! Even the youngest and strongest riders cannot drop me on these rides! That TDPS sounds pretty good right now!
