I would be a little leery. Why do the offer discreet shipping and what do they mean by that? Also, for fun, click on their shipping and return tab. All I know is that I wouldn't give them my money.

Always check the manufacturer's website for the info; straight from the horse's mouth.

11. Can I buy a Giant bicycle directly from Giant?
No. Giant bicycles are sold exclusively through authorized Giant bicycle retailers. Giant is committed to supporting the Independent Bicycle Dealer (IBD) as our sole means of distribution. To find your nearest Giant retailer, go to www.giant-bicycles.com, choose USA, and then click on Store Finder on the home page. You will be taken to our Dealer Locator where you can simply type in your city or zip code and the locator will find your nearest Giant retailer. In the United States, Giant does not offer bikes and gear for direct online purchase. Any Giant products being sold through the internet and priced considerably below retail value may be a result of fraudulent activities. If you encounter such a product, please confirm its authenticity with your local Giant retailer before making a purchase.

Reading some of the "fine print" reveals that english is not the first language of whoever put up this page.
My guess is that this is an overseas scam operation, as CliftonGK1 noted Giant does not sell directly to the public and their dealers are not allowed to sell via mail order.
