Only two in the US:
A) Los Angeles - Not sure how often racing is held, especially for the general public.
B) Boulder - I know there are races at this track, and the first Friday night of every month there is racing open to the public.

OP You're in Oregon. Cascade express train will take you to Vancouver... Burnaby (a 30 minute ride east) has racing every Friday.

We have pretty much all categories at every event this year, except probably for the nats qualifier and nats prep race.

there are sessions open to the public (after you've been through a saturday certification) most days. The open riding sessions are general training sessions and the tues/thurs roger's sessions are structured interval training followed by a motorpaced race simulation. Sundays there's two hours of open riding followed by an hour of motorpaced madison practice (open to virtually all levels of rider)
