what to get for $250
undefinedundefinedok i need some very strong, super light rims and rilly good 3pc cranks. in need of help please, remember i only got $250.00

For $250.00 you get rims - or cranks - not both.
eBay is a good place to look for used Profile 3-piece cranks...
But for RIMS - you want to get them NEW. That's about 50 bucks each for Hazard Lite rims, then you gotta build them up into your hubs. You may need new spokes as well. If you need entire new wheels, then plan on dishing out as much as $200-$300.00 for a good wheelset.
There are very few wheelsets that are under $200.00 new that are worth spending money on unless you really DON'T care about weight, quality, or your bike.
