So I have the opportunity to purchase a Raleigh 20 for $95 dollars, just thought I would see if the bright minds in folding bikes thought that was a good price or not? thanks in advance

I would as long as it is all there and functioning. I paid about that for the worst of my three. I had to replace the rims on it ASAP as they were rusty. On Ebay one in good condition that is advertised well goes for $200+. Not sure what the market is like in the Denver area.
But mine has been out there and ridden along the bike path that parallels 470 just north of Highlands Ranch and it was the only one I saw the whole week I was out there.

I see them in very good condition in the Pacific Northwest go from $150-$300.

Would I do it all again knowing I would have to sacrifice 2 other folding bikes, some money, and time for it? In a heartbeat with no hesitation!
As for other concerns like cost and the rest....it has been discussed before right here:
