VO Fender Install
Ok this one is so simple I don't even know what to search for, but bear with me. My mind over thinks things
Do I still use the metal and toothed washers with the leather washers? Does it go nut, toothed washer, washer, leather, fender, bolt?

I think you'll want the toothed washer on the fender and nut, while the other washers go between the frame and fender.
