New guy
I am from Southwick, Massachusetts. Looking for a new hobby, and get some much needed exercise. I'm a bigger guy, 6'1".
I did some craigslist searching, found an older cannondale. Picked it up for $100, put some new tires on it, and re wrapped the handlebars. I have put probably 300 miles on it in the past month. Everything shifts well, and its got a wicked nice pickup.
Wondering if anyone has any tips or ideas of what else I can do with it, to improve it? I know I could buy new, lighter rims, and what not, but if I am going to spend close to a $1000 on new wheels, I could buy a newer bike with better stock wheels.
So if anyone has any ideas, they would be much appreciated.
