Hello all..MTB/Roadie here =)
Hey guys, love the forums. New to road biking, been trail riding for a long time (on and off about 7 years). Im from South Florida (Coral Springs), riding 3-4 times a week, prob 1-2 times MTB 2-3 times road.
I ride a 2011 Trek Cobia, few upgrades....new bars, new post and saddle, new wheelset should be here tomorrow. Went tubeless and the weight from the wheels alone (no tires/tubes) are about 1lb difference.
I just bought a 2011 Trek 1.2 (2 and 1 series). Bone stock, other than pedals. Already considering swapping out my shifters (not liking the mouse ear thumb shifter, cant shift from the drops)
Love the info the forums provide =) appreciate all the help you will be giving me in the next few years haha.

thanks guys, been riding mountain for a while on and off, just got into road though. Much different in terms of riding and pedaling.....even fell on my road thinking i had the same degree of release as my crank bro pedals on my shimano road pedals. I guess it has to hurt for you to remember =)
