Hi, I have been riding bikes for about 3 years mostly comfort bikes and then a trek mountain bike. Love to ride. I now want to do road biking and only have 65 miles under my belt. I haven't decided to get into racing but want to join clubs to get better an them maybe......

Howdy and welcome to the forums.
Look for some good group rides first, not necessarily racing, but find a group ride that matches your pace, and get some miles in there.
Look in the Road Forum, and there's a "Racing" subforum, read the stickied threads there for lots of information.
