Bikes on Buses

I have to take a Greyhound bus to get back home at the end of my tour. I've never put my bike on a bus before. Any advice? Do I have to have a box? Does Greyhound usually supply boxes?

Thanks!

Yes.
Maybe, but not for free. Call and ask.
BTW, you will be the one that will have to box it. I've heard that Greyhound isn't too careful with stuff, either.
