Interesting Vintage Tandem Bicycle - with Elgin, Roadmaster, and other Pre-war parts
This tandem bike has been in my family for several years, but, I don't know anything about it. All that I do know is what I can read on it. It says Elgin, Roadmaster The Cleveland Welding Co., Pat. Apl., and Troxel Elyria Ohio. It has balloon tires. Any information - and possibly a value would be appreciated. Thanks.

Looks homemade, like two single bikes welded together.
