Anyone know where to get trekking bars in NZ?
None of the usual suspects seem to sell them - checked avanti, hedgehog, torpedo7, burkes...
I see a guy selling them occasionally on trademe, but that's it.

They're not a common item at all. I bought some several years ago by going straight to the distributor who did a special order for me of just the ones I wanted. Buy them wherever you can or deal with the distributor for a special order.

on TradeMe may be the best bet. The other option may be velo-ideale. David imports lots of interesting bits and pieces.
