There is no such thing as an owners manual that will cover servicing parts like you need to do. However, there are instructions specific to each part that you need to work on. It sounds like you need to learn about hub overhaul and re-greasing. Search for the Rohloff website and they should have some documents showing how to add grease to the hub, although if you need to do any serious work to a Rohloff hub then I would get a professional to do it. The front hub is hopefully a simple design, and the instructions on the Park Tools website should be sufficient, although you may need at least one special cone wrench to do the job.

Rohloff.de .. covers the hub , in the rear ,
https://www.rohloff.de/en/index.html
Cannondale.com for the rest of it,
though they don't make more than the frame and fork ,
so you need to learn the component source and go there..
of course if you seek out the nearest Cannondale dealer ,
that will be a wise move.

More info would be good. I somehow doubt it's the Rohloff that's doing the squeakin', to the point where the wheel would not turn freely. Are the wheels true, or do they rub against frame parts as you rotate them?

You may have issues finding a bike shop who works on Roholff hubs, these are very specialized / uncommon hubs and very expensive, doubt you have any warranty you can claim on, as you are a second user, so expect a big bill if their is an issue with the rear hub.

If the OP is in the US, the service center for Rohloff USA ,
is in the San Francisco east bay , near Berkeley. a one and a half person shop.
I got a used bike, with a speedhub, which had external seal replacement done, there .
already comfortable building wheels, I shipped the hub there ,
they did the work, and shipped it back
and I rebuilt it into a wheel , could have shipped the wheel,
but the mailing cost would have been higher.. and I already had the smaller carton.
cost for the work was very reasonable..

Bikes: Salsa La Cruz with Rohloff; mutt parts
also possible that the front chainring and rohloff cog need service. the latter requires a rohloff cog tool and a new rohloff cog. the former can be done using regularly and readily available generic bike parts.
many squeaks are drive-train related.
