Newby Intro
Hi All,
I just registered after a couple of weeks of lurking. I'm 61 clydesdale type
used to weight 352 now 275 and these forums are a real inspiration to me.
I thought I was the only fat guy in the world! lol not really but the stories of recovery
I have read here have changed the way I view myself. I now know through your
stories that I can reach normal weight and return to riding my bike.
Thanks all its made a world of difference.
