Sometimes. You should ask about what combo you're thinking about.

My Pinarello has a Campagnolo/Suntour/Shimano/Sram drivetrain, but it's friction shifters.

Oh, and when I have my tubulars on it's a Campagnolo/Sachs/Suntour/Shimano/Sram

As a general rule, with index shifting the answer is no but there are ways around it. What specifically did you have in mind?

Generally you can't mix shifters with deraileurs different maker. But Sram chains and cassettes work with shimano shifters and derailleurs and vice versa.
