Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Awesome Disc brake 26er Unicycle with 4" wide tire!

I was asked by the manufacturer to test their newest prototype 26er mountain uni. It's a pretty amazing machine!

Happy New Year!

I guess it's technically SS/FG right?

Needs some Hold Fasts on those BMX platforms.

But unlike a bike they're much harder to learn. I can ride around on one, and have a friend who does muni. It's cool, but it's not really my thing.

Thanks for the comments guys! I switched to shorter 125mm cranks and took it out to Sullivan today for some speed runs...holy CR#P, it's FAST! And with the LM rim it can take drops up to 7 feet, but I ain't gonna go that big, haha! I'll be 56 soon, so I want to be here for the long run!

That thing looks awesome!!

The brake lever looks like a pen15, though.
