Anyone know when Dodici bikes will be available through Leader retailers, or was that a one time thing last October?

We get them next week. Please check with your LBS Leader/Dodici Dealer. Or Retrogression on BF.

Since it's convenient - are any Dodici frames drilled for brakes?

The Dodici site lists that any of their forks can be drilled for brakes, but I'm assuming that this only applies to those who buy direct off their site and request one in the checkout notes. If you have to ask for it specially, I think it's safe to say they won't show up drilled when Leader starts distro'ing them in the states.
