My first fixie...Need your help..

I plan on purchasing my first fixie real soon...
I am just a beginner and im not sure if I will stick with it just yet.
With that said I have been looking at the fixie below. Please tell me if this would suit me as a beginner..If not please direct me to your suggestions for around $250 bucks.
