does cold weather make you skin hurt?

last week I rode outside 3 times for 2 to 2.5 hours at a time in 30 degree weather.

now the skin only on the right side of my body is really sore in random spots with no visible rash or anything. Let me repeat THERE IS NO RASH.

one day its in my leg today its less in my leg and more in my forearm. but its going away since the last outdoor ride on sunday when it was the coldest at 29 degrees.

I've never had this before is my skin just adapting too the colder weather?

I am sick of winter.. Normally , by Noon it reaches up to at least 50 degrees.. This week, we are lucky if it makes 40, but with strong winds.. I've only completed 42 miles all week.. I hate my nose freezing to Balaclava.. Even though proper clothing can minimize skin exposure , what I find hurts the most is my lungs..

I don't think I've ever had soreness like that. What happens to me if my skin gets to cold is it gets insanely itchy once it warms up, usually when I don't wear a windproof shell.

Were those parts of your body exposed to wind? (ie. no windproof outer layer covering them).

I've had a rather interesting situation that has crept up in the past couple of months. I'm not sure if it is cold related or what is causing it. The right side of my ring finger on my right hand has become slightly 'numb'. The rest of the finger is fine and the rest of the fingerS are fine as well. It goes down to about the first knuckle on the finger. Below there I have normal feel throughout the rest of the finger. I'm not sure how a frost bit body part feels and I don't ever remember being in an environment where I could have gotten it frost bitten. Given when the problem crept up it's the only thing I can think of that might have happened. Nothing else makes any sense.
