I recently got a Caad 4 (Usa style) and cant seem to mix/find the original white they used for the bike. Is there anyway to find out the color? Im doing this so it's harder for the bike to rust so if there's any clear coats that work well please mention them.

Hobby / model paint, Testors, Tamiya? you should be able to find something to match in their ranges.

For rusting, no need to worry about that with a Caad 4, Cannondale have never made a steel framed bike, only aluminum and Carbon Fiber, so they can't rust.

yah aluminum dosn't rust.
as for touch up, i just get model paint and mix my own. a good way to get a super close match is to remove the fork....usually the steerer tube is painted halfway, you can mix paint, paint it on the steerer tube to compare/contrast, then adjust and repaint a test patch till you are close enough. you wont be able to see your test paint patches once you reinstall the fork.

also, clear nail polish is a good around the house clear coat.

although these suggestions are for those happy with "close enough"

The problem with white paint is that there are more different colors of white than any other. Couple that with the fact that paint changes color as it dries, you will probably have to be satisfied with "about right." Since they won't cause rust, look at small nicks and scratches as signs of use like scars on fine leather.
