Just excited!
Which bike forum to post in? I guess this one works I just got a touring style bike but I'm a long way from being able to pack-up and hit the road. I'm still building endurance & pace so Long distance forum is not right, not really a commuter either, Rec & family not right.
But hey I just did my longest ride of 44 miles today, slow & steady in the WA - Cascade foothills. It was just back in Oct that I started ridding and it was a challenge to just do 5miles. Every month I have increased my distance & pace and with a week left i have completed 245 miles.

If the bicycle you have is a Road bicycle ... the Road Forum would work. It's all about road cycling (not racing).
Good job on building up to 44 miles.

Great! Keep it up - it's a lifetime nice thing to do. I'm 67 and still enjoy biking everywhere. It's keeping me healthy.
