Does anyone know the differences between the follwing Shimano 105 brakes?

BR5500
BR5600
BR5700

And also age, I think? 5500 have been out of production for ~10 years, 5600 were produced in 2007-2010, and 5700 came out in 2010 or 2011.

5500: works with standard cable pull in 5500/5600 levers, no brake pad toe adjustment
5600: works with standard cable pull in 5500/5600 levers, brake pad toe adjustment
5700: works with longer cable pull in new 5700 levers, brake pad toe adjusment
