Just ordered my 5th pair of Shock Doctor innersoles

Hi,
I have a pair of Ultra2 for my workshoes. I have 2 pair of workshoes, however, and
swapping them in and out every day or two is ruining them.
So I ordered a 5th pair. I went to the gym yesterday, for years I could not take the treadmill past 2.5 degrees of elevation without knee pain. I went to 5 degrees yesterday without pain. I am going to try 6 degrees soon. I love these innersoles.

Those look good. Which ones would be good for cycling?

Hi,
I am using the Ultra 2 LP (low profile) in my cycling shoes.
They do take up more space than the stock innersoles.
They also don't have as much thickness to correct pronation or supination as the Ultra 2. I cut up plastic milk jugs and scotch taped them to the bottom of the innersoles in about a 3 inch crescent shape to get better control of my supination.
Btw, they run ever so slightly large. I am an 11, but the 11-13 size is too big for me.
Try one if for no other reason than the other guys will think I'm a little less kooky
