Sram Rival vs Force Brakes

I'm riding a singlespeed for commuting.
Do any owners notice anything different between them besides weight?

The price difference between them is about $20-30. So i could jump for the Forces, but it'd be nice to save that money for something else and get the Rivals.

I have only Apex on my roadie and they seem plenty powerful and modulation is fine. Save $30.

That seems like a better idea to me since I can get a pair of Apex's for half the price of a pair of Rivals.
Thanks!
