Accessories for Cannondale Quick 4
I bought my hybrid last fall and now need to make a few changes. I need some help on the following:
- Computer - I'm looking to spend no more than $60 for a wireless computer. I only need it to track miles and speed (cadenence is not needed).
- Pedals - I need to get some new pedals that will allow for toe clips? I want a platform pedal. I am really not interested in a clip type pedals or ones that have platform on one side and clips on the other. I use this bike for quick trips around the house (with kids) and for fitness on my own.
- Grips - need to upgrade the grips as well - to eliminate some of the numbness I get for longer rides.
Any advice would be great.

Pedal: Wellgo R183B road pedal, sealed bearing. Platform's will be a bit harder to add "toe clips" to although I'm sure there is a model somewhere, so I suggest a "non-clip in" type road pedal, YMMV.
Grips: Ergo GP-1 or if you want, built in bar ends, Ergo has those too, they are really great grips, jmho.
Computer: Check out the "Cateye" line of bike computers, they've been excellent for us, weither wired or wireless.

Hello, my husband and I both have a Quick 4 and have these grips: https://www.amazon.com/Ergon-Gripshif.../dp/B00266DZJY. My husband says they do help with his hand numbness.
I use the Cyclemeter app on my iPhone and *love* it for tracking miles, time, and routes. I use the Shimano dual-platform pedals and they work very well. I almost always use my biking shoes, but the flat side is handy for the times I don't want to clip in or when my daughter borrows my bike and rides with her running shoes.
