Hi there, glad you joined, I live in England and the place you are talking about is in wales, its very, very beautiful there. From Machynlleth, there is an Alternative Technology centre, well worth seeing, then ride in the direction of Forge, Aberhosan, Dyfisle, staylittle, Mynydd y groes, mynydd y Groes, Tyn-y-cwn, ponterwyd, Devils Bridge, totally unique place, must check the pub you walk through to see the waterfall, I met my wife here 26 years ago at a festivale, then head for cwmystwth, into the elan valley, this is the most beautifull desolate valley i have seen, there are caves I have seen people go into at 4 in the morning and come out at midnight, I lived here infact my son was born here, its very high up, so I named him Skye, as his mother is Scottish, Elan after the beautiful place. In the elan valley at Clawdd-ddu-bach head for the Elan Village , this will take you around the lakes route, In the Elan valley make sure you take enough food for a couple of days, no shops around. There are plenty of springs to drink from so avoid getting water from streams, even though its cristal clear, the land surronding has chemical fertiliser that washes into streams. Wednesday most of the shops are shut or half day, this is worth remembering, Make sure your rain gear is good, you will need it. Nearer the time send me a PM I will give you my details, incase you need them, I know plenty of people there. You will love the place, post us some pictures on this forum would love to see the place again.

No need to apologise for your English. I wish my French were as good. Bon chance.

And here are some videos of Welsh trails. https://www.mtbbritain.co.uk/videos.html
I'm sure there are fine trails in Wales, but you have come to NEW Jersey to ride Shades of Death Road.

Still kicking.
Shades of Death Road, been there done that, could be more challenging. If you come to the US ever you have to go to Holliston Mass, and ride Vietnam(Trail system.)
Anyways, welcome to the forums, and check out the mountain biking forum.
