If my luck holds and no one is terribly interested in fitting their road bike with retro clips and straps I mught have a really good set for cheap, btw why do expensive road bikes never seem to be reflectorized? you could get caught out after dark and be invisible to cars. OK so its not cool and the other racers prolly dont use reflectors, I can see leaving them off track bikes that are used only in the velodrome. also btw if I ever win the Lottery I would want to know how much would it cost to build a 1/4 mile banked outdoor velodrome? (with seats and a clubhouse too) there are no tracks in my state. (Arkansas)

If the Fleabay deals don't come through, take a look at Harris Cyclery/Sheldon Brown. They have a wide selection of toe clips, straps, and pedals to suit. That's where I've gotten mine. https://sheldonbrown.com/harris/pedals.html

I strongly suggest red rear blinky and white front blinky, in case you misjudge the daylight and are riding at dusk. If you look closely at the rear blinky, you will see that it is both a blinky and a reflector.

Very few tail lights/blinkies are also reflective.

Which is one reason I use the Radbot 1000.

My commuter's light is a Cateye Reflex which is also reflective. Much better than the first generation Reflex.

My Planet Bikes blinkie came apart and was lost on a particularly rough patch of road. Liked it a lot and it still worked perfectly after several years. So I ordered another!
