Metric century
How often and how long ? I ride 3-4 times a week and each ride is a metric century . It takes me about 4 hours to do it .

THat's quite an accomplishment, but most of us prefer to mix it up a little. Some shorter rides, some longer rides. If I'm in good shape (which I'm not) I'll probably get above 60 miles 1-2 times/week. I can't remember when I ever did it 3 times. Maybe if I were retired....

I ride 600 miles every day. Takes me about 45 minutes including two five minute rest stops.

I don't do metrics often, but the last one I did, on Aug 3, I did 62.5 miles in 3 hours, 29 minutes. I ride 6 days/week unless weather interferes and at least 5 of those days I do 40 miles and the 6th I do 30 or 40.

4 hours for 62 miles (assuming you are talking overall time) is not bad for an average cyclist. It is certainly fast enough for fitness.

You're slacking! Last month you posted that you do a metric everyday. You also posted that you are real bad when it comes to climbing. You should cancel a couple of those metrics and go for a couple of 30 milers with some good climbs. That would improve your cycling ability and experience as far as fun factor.
