I saw the coolest tattoo today...

Maybe it's something other people have seen already but it was new to me...I didn't get a pic of it though.

Standing in the checkout line, snapping pic of someones legs would be serious creepy.

Anyway, this guy was standing in line at the grocery store ( Incidentally, I was picking up a 6pack of Dogfish 60 IPA...) and he had tattoo's on his calves..at first I couldn't make out what they were, but they were fresh.

Turns out they were pistons...So I asked the guy if he was a cyclist. He said no a runner. But it was really cool.

Leg and calf tattoos are cool. I have one on each leg. Nothing to do with cycling though.

I have a cycling friend who has a phoenix on the back his left and the mirror image phoenix on the back of his right leg.

So what tattoos do you have?

Very nice. I've never seen 3-D art that good.

I think the effect is just not nearly as cool as the idea, whether for runner or cyclist.

The best idea I've come up with, is wait until I have a nice clear chainring tattoo on my leg, then trot off to the tattoo parlor and tell 'em, "Make it permanent!"

It is a real photo, even if it may not be a real tattoo.
