Howdy from a folding nut!
Greetings, everyone!
I'm a self-proclaimed folding nut, certified bike mechanic (yes, there is such a thing) and occasional bike flipper.
I have at least six "serious" folding bikes in my stable: four Bike Fridays (two Pocket Rockets, one New World Tourist & one Air Glide); a Dahon Speed Pro TT, and a new Brompton M3L just purchased last week.
I left a lucrative job as a medical auditor at the tender age of one-half century...realizing I wouldn't find my bliss there. So now I flip the occasional bike for some pocket change, and eagerly await whatever's out there for me. I put away enough money in the auditing years to sustain me and the missus through the next chapter of my life.
A year before I left the auditor job, I became a certified wrench at Winterborne in Guelph, Ontario. Great learning experience, heartily recommended. Say hi to Alan and Jay if you stop by.
I believe in shorter intros, so I'll leave it at that.
Thanks for reading!
