Recommend tire valve lights please.
The ones you screw onto the presta/schraeder valve for visibility at night. I recon that a wheel shaped light is going to be instantly identifiable by a car-ist.

why? get spoke reflectors, the kind that snap around the spokes..
& there are reflective sidewall bands in good tires now..

Cat eye makes some good spoke lights. I like active lighting, wheel reflectors are not good for all situations.
