Okay, I'm down 57lbs so far. I was with Weight Watchers but now I'm bored with that. Besides, the scale stopped moving. So I'm moving on to this new diet LA Wieght Loss. I've heard lots of people have had success with it. I have 35lbs to go.

Which diet are you doing?

The cycling diet. Ride a ton & eat whatever I want. Works great.

But what happens if you can't ride for 3 months because --ummm, well, maybe you have an IT Band injury and your arm is dislocated.

I guess I'll start looking like the all the rest of the guys in the band then!

Seriously though, if that were the case, I'd look into an aerobic activity that I could still do with the injury. Adjust the amount of calories consumed proportionately to the amount of activity I am doing, too.
