Who doesn't expect paul to ride him off of his wheel? He does that **** in p/1/2 races to his solo breakaway mate causing him to have muscle spasms that make him have to stop and not race....even though they had already lapped the field in the pre-ncc race the day before hyde parks blast...

Rode around unstructured as part of a detour from my normal commute route. Bah: too hard to be recovery, not long or consistent enough to be endurance, too easy to be FTP. Just the Mushy Middle.

Stahl Ride this morning, joined the Noon Ride on the way back for a few minutes and was dropped on the climb. Rode around solo for a while to complete the "Strava Climbing Challenge" in one day but was 8 meters short lol. I guess I'll get those 8 meters on my commute tonight.
