Ugh, missed my first ever set of RWI's yesterday due to an 11 hour work day, and today is going the same way.... guess I'll be manning up and doing a 2-3 hour interval workout on the trainer, on the first >60 degree day of the year.

Garmin connect sucks as you can't view all the data for the section you selected.
Anyways, if your 30 min max is 240W, and you were at mid tempo, your FTP is probably 275-280 ish.
There's really no excuse for you not to do it. You already are in CP, just go hard for 30 and see where that gets you. It'll be at least 15-20W higher than 250W

hard ride - hill repeats up some stiff hills.
2'-5' power is coming along and recovery time between equally paced efforts is staying low.
came home, ate, was planning on going to a phd-defense party... fell asleep instead and woke up too late to make it.
Oh well, made a spinach smoothie and staying in.

washed bike last night and water must have frozen in the shifters. Sucks, got about 3 miles into my commute and 23F just was giving my bike lights and gears hell. Turned around and headed home and of course an hour later when warmed up the bike shifts fine. Sucks as I will probably be on rollers tonight in leu of the commute being missed.
