Are you trying to ascertain which pedals are better, or which pedals will make a bike better? The wording is all crackety-crack-wacky. If you have a Huffy, no pedals are gonna make it a Giant.

just in general, which pedal is better? Just search the archives, we have extensive threads which are battlegrounds over which lube is better, why not pedal?
