I can't physically lay hands on it, and the delay on questions/more pics would not be worth it, so this is what we have to work with... closest bikes I can find resembling it are flying pigeons and phoenix, which had me thinking it's a pre war UK bike possibly, but the headbadge is throwing me off.

Looks identical to my '23 Rudge Whitworth which looks like a Raliegh which looks like a Sunbeam....... uncut lugs and a very common fork crown, other than the headbage and stem cap which look Chinese. Maybe someone can match up the Chainring?

Do I possibly see the "URKO" in the center of the headbadge? as in Durkopp? I know, it doesn't look like any Durkopp I've ever seen, but...

I now strongly suspect it's a Phoenix from the 50's, the head badge apparently has oriental language of some sort on it.

I was thinking the same and have been wading through a sea of pics to try and match it.

Definitely not, funny I keep seeing it as "UIKO" which also turned up nothing.
