Control mount adapters for brake levers and gear paddles?

Control mount adapters for brake levers and gear paddles?
I need to move the brake levers (Hope) and gear controls (XTR) on my Jones bars. I want to move them inwards but they come up against the join in the bars (you need to look at Jones bars to see what I mean), so I need some kind of mount adapters that will enable me to do this. Do you know of any mounts or adapters out there for messing about with brake and gear levers positions? Or any manufacturers who do or have made such items? off the shelf or custom made? I seem to recall mention of an adapter that would take both the brake lever and the gear changer? What do you know? I already know about BETD, other names please.
